The Delta Model Railway Club began in early 2008 with our first meeting having more than forty individuals attending.
The Delta Model Railway Club has adopted the Module system for both HO and N Scale models. For each module, we are following the standards as outlined by the National Model Railway Association (NMRA). Following these standards will allow our modules to be integrated with other modules internationally.
The Delta Model Railway Club meets on the First and Third Friday of each month from 7:00 PM to 10:45 PM (Times will be posted at the top of this page). We are currently holding our meetings at the Ladner Baptist Church Gym, 5624 Ladner Trunk Rd. Ladner, BC. Our meetings give our members the opportunity to bring and work on their individual modules.
We join the modules together for a complete layout, to do what our goal is, to run our trains and to have fun! In our informal atmosphere, we will also be presenting workshops, videos, and slideshows for those who want to learn more about Model Railways. As a visitor, we hope to spark your interest and imagination in this great hobby. We also encourage parents to bring their children, to join as a family, an excellent pastime to share with the younger generation.
